What a great experience! From check in to check out, everything was smooth and the rooms were very clean and fresh! Air-conditioning was strong on a very hot summer day in Milan. A giant spread was offered for breakfast and the location was excellent to easily hop on a train to get to the Duomo or any part of Milan since they all connect back to Central. If you are taking an early speed train from Central the next morning be relieved! The walk is only 5 minutes away, so you can sleep in a little more. Thank you for a restful accommodation!
Camille at the reception speaks excellent English, was extremely thorough, helped us with places around eat, helped get a cab in a flash, she's very efficient, the lady and men at the breakfast place are super kind, helpful and very prompt about the upkeep of the restaurant, the restaurant has a view of the road at the cathedral side and a cosy vibe on the inside. Food was good, pretty much similar food but it was too good to complain. The hotel is walkable to the station which is extremely helpful,also very close to Linate Airport. I loved the room, it's cleanliness and cleaning staff were extremely helpful and kind, we didn't speak the same language but they had a very kind aura and were eager to help when asked. I travel a lot and I really appreciated their help with everything they could. I loved staying there, if I ever travel to Milan this will be my hotel of stay. Thank you all for your service and kind help which made the stay memorable and easy.
Great location, affordable, but small rooms with thin walls. Pros: location right next to Central Station is prime for getting anywhere in the city/region. WiFi is fast, and reliable. Beds, while small, are comfy (could use bigger pillows). Bathrooms are clean and bright. Great spot for the night before needing to take an early bus to the airport. Cons: the walls are very thin, could hear my neighbor snoring. Rooms are very small, I feel more than one person would be way too crowded. Great for just sleeping.
