We stayed in this hotel for 3 days. Overall it was okay. Lets start with the location, it was perfect.Next to the metro and lidl.It was easy for us to get anywhere.Rooms were okay, i mean they are not designed to stay there for the whole day, they are meant to just sleep there and rest.Service was nice, especially thanks to Gabrielle who was extremely helpful. There is one complaint though , there is a thing in Italy which is called an entrance fee to the city, it was 7 euro per day per person, while checking out they charged me 42 euro, i was okay with it i mean since its the law and it applies to everyone but i think they should have informed us from the beggining and not while checking out. I am happy that i had an extra 100 euro otherwise i dont know how i would pay it.In my opinion charges like that should be informed before the customers check in.Overall it was a good experience and i would recommend it to people that dont want to get in trouble searching stations busses and etc
good location, good breakfast and good staff. only annoying thing is that they offer parking as one of their “services” but in reality they only have 4 spots so your chances to get one are almost none even days in advanced. I booked on booking.com, complained about the parking situation and now booking doesn’t allow me to write a review. I would have booked somewhere else if i knew about the parking situation.
If I could give less than one star, I would. This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The noise in the morning was unbearable—it felt like there was no soundproofing at all. Because the AC didn’t work, we had to open the window, which made it feel like we were sleeping on the street with all the car and ambulance noise. Even basic things like water came with an extra charge, and the shower had only extremely hot water, which made it unusable. The worst part was the poor customer service. The staff were unprofessional and unfriendly, and they clearly don’t know how to deal with tourists. I didn’t feel comfortable approaching them or asking for anything during my stay. There was also no “Do Not Disturb” sign, so housekeeping walked in while we were still asleep, which was very uncomfortable. The only good thing was the location. Everything else was far below expectations. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or respectful stay.
