Clean and comfortable hotel just a block from the beach. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Water pressure was good and the staff was helpful.

This was honestly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The fact that someone appears to have scratched off one of the “four stars” at the entrance says it all - this struggles to meet the level of 3 star. ROOM - my room was the smallest most disgusting room I’ve ever stayed in. The *ejaculation stain* on the curtain by the bed made me feel sick. The wallpaper peeled. There was a hole in the bathroom wall with wires sticking out. The air conditioning was so loud myself and my colleagues were unable to sleep with it on. The bed was so small and uncomfortable, i slept four hours on the first night. FOOD - the breakfast buffet was pretty depressing, passable for a 2 or 3 star, but not for 4 stars. The waitresses wouldn’t take orders for eggs even though there was a menu. There was barely any bread this morning, and fruit was extremely limited. AMENITIES - the gym was dreadful, it’s a small underground cupboard, the changing rooms are about twice the size of the gym. It didn’t open until 9am, making it impossible to use for business travellers. Not that anyone would want to use it once they’d seen it. You also can’t access it without getting all key from reception - which nobody tells you about on arrival. This hotel is an utter disgrace, had the surrounding area not been totally booked up for Mobile World Congress, I wouldn’t have even stayed the first night.
