Best Western Hotel Nettuno

Perfect breakfast. Great location, and very friendly staff. One of workers helped me to find my way to brindisi harbour. Room 105.

I will be as honest as possible. This hotel has a huge premises and surrounded with many free parking spots available. Pretty, decorated and clean. Inside as well.Located in a horrible location next to a noisy factory/power plant. For us, we managed to adapt but If you want something quiet, this is not really the place as the windows are not insulating well enough. Also the nice view is messed by this noisy plant. Hotel in my opinion is perfect for workers maybe working nearby but not so much for couples looking to relax. Breakfast was really outstanding (for Italian breakfast standards), notable being the fresh eggs, pancakes, fruits and croisants. I booked the premium double room (king bed). A little bit outdated and old but was clean and well maintained. Bed was very comfortable. Now .. the toilet was leaking REALLY BAD a problem for which we informed the staff but was never fixed. We had to close the main vane of cold water everytime to make it stop. ALL of the big shower towels, no matter how many times we asked and replaced smelled like really bad (like beauty oil was sprayed all over) to the point that we had to get extra small towels to use, as these were not smelling Bad. Air conditioning was NOT working from the first day and when asked the reception they told us it is broken. (Sorry but this was not professional) We were NEVER informed about this until we asked about it. So after 6 days of our stay, they fixed it during our last day there... The gym room and equipment is working and is enough for a casual weight or cardio workout. For a 4 star hotel, these issues should not be acceptable.

Worst hotel in Brindis by far. The air conditioning doesn't work. You can set it to whatever temperature you want but it will ALWAYS be 25C in your room. We had to buy a fan for our room to get any air moving. No ceiling fans in the rooms. If you open your windows your room will fill with mosquitoes. My "King" room was just 2 twin beds of different heights pushed together (an absolute joke). The hot water is a random spot on the faucet. Good luck finding it. The maintenance team helped me find it so at least that's a positive for service. The wifi will not stay connected for more than 5 minutes. The staff have tried to help but this building is meh at best. The location could not be more inconvenient in any way. You need to drive into brindisi and fight for parking in order to try and enjoy the city, or walk 2-3km to arrive downtown. The breakfast consisted of cold cuts, cold hard boiled eggs, cold fried eggs, cold scrambled eggs, and cold slimy bacon. Along with a vast selection of cakes and pastries. No coffee or espresso if you're not Italian, you just get ignored. If all you need is a bed you can sweat in. This is the place for you. If you're on vacation and are looking for a nice convenient hotel to tour brindisi, look elsewhere. "Edited since they actually helped me find the random faucet location for hot water."
