Best Western Hotel Nobis Asten

A very nice hotel for a night or two. The location is very convenient, if not particularly picturesque, but the hotel does everything to make your stay pleasant. Spacious rooms with interesting decor, toiletries provided, and comfortable beds. Lovely restaurant with delicious food for dinner and a varied, tasty breakfast. Helpful staff. Large parking area. The only unpleasant surprise was that the chairs on the small terrace outside our room were covered in bird droppings, so we had to sit on the edge. We got a discount for our next stay, so we’re definitely coming back next year.

I was at the restaurant! First time eating dinner in Netherlands and it was very delicious, compliments to the chefs. Wonderful experience good reputation for Holland as a turist to be there. Will reccommend Dutch food! Dankewill

One star — walked out at midnight. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The room was boiling hot. The air conditioning didn’t work at all. I opened the window just to get some air, but all I could smell was cigarette smoke from people smoking outside. It was unbearable. There was no proper bed, just a mattress dumped on the floor. The staff didn’t seem to care at all. I asked for help multiple times and got nothing but attitude. Nicole, the floor manager, was one of the rudest staff members I’ve ever dealt with in any hotel. No empathy, no solution, just dismissive and cold. We ended up walking out of the hotel at midnight. My son was with me, and this trip was meant to be something special. Instead, it turned into a complete disaster. I’ve stayed in over 80 hotels and never left a review like this, but this place left me no choice. I’m now taking legal action. The way we were treated was not just unprofessional, it was disgraceful. Avoid this place. There are plenty of better hotels nearby that actually care about their guests. This one is all about taking your money and giving you nothing back.
