This hotel was a pleasant surprise. I was greeted by Gulia at the front desk, who was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. One of the best check-in experiences I’ve ever had. The room was clean with good amenities, and the breakfast had a great selection. Walking distance to the metro at either San Giovanni or Re Di Roma. Close to shops, restaurants, major and minor Basilicas and even the Colosseum is only 2km away.
We landed here after booking at a different hotel and not liking it. We landed in late and tired and found lovely single bed rooms, clean and perfect for our needs. The staff was lovely and helpful and after a long day of traveling were just what we needed. Bus stop is across the road, easy walk to metro.
Stayed in May 2025 for about a week and found it a great option for my trip to Rome. Since I was traveling solo, it's always great to find a single/small room for 1 person (a concept that is sadly lost in the US). The room is small but also spacious - twin bed was very comfortable, wardrobe was a great size, my luggage fit comfortable in the room, desk was ample and the bathroom was a good size - shower was larger than in other single room hotels I've stayed at. The service was also great, staff is kind and very helpful. I had an issue with my AC and the front desk promptly came up to help. After confirming that the AC did not work, he moved me to another available room immediately. My sink was accidentally plugged by the cleaning crew the next day and I couldn't remove the plug and the front desk yet again helped me out immediately. The location was also perfect - bus stops literally right in front of the hotel and metro just a short walk away. All the busses I needed to take were within a 3 minute walk. There are also many great restaurants nearby as well as a grocery store. I also need close to absolute silence to sleep and the hotel was very quiet. I was not facing the street so I'm unsure how loud a room facing the street would be. You could hear certain movements in the hallways or in neighboring rooms but it was not bothersome. I did not try the breakfast however I was offered it for free on my first day. Overall I would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Rome who wants to stay in a reasonably priced good hotel.
