Clean hotel, very attentive staff, nice pool and an included full hot breakfast. Reasonably priced. Also close to the mall and the airport. I recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.
Very disappointed, number one let down were the linens.... torn and stained bed sheets, the crappiest blanket I've ever seen at a hotel full of burn marks and with a rubbery feeling to it. The towels in the bathroom are horrible, torn and zero plush. The room was infested with mosquitoes even tho we are on the 7th floor, I actually had to go out to the pharmacy next door to buy bug spray.. ironing board had no cover, and the floor in the shower was slimy around the area where people usually stand and out to the walls. Dinner was burritos and hotdogs with coffee. Hotel gets 2 stars because staff was friendly and attentive, it's well located.
We used their laundry service and they spilled bleach on two one of my dresses, one of which is not salvageable. The air on is loud and the lifts slow and jolting. Not sure why they need so many staff for breakfast
