I’ve been traveling for two weeks in Italy and this is the best hotel so far. Front desk employees are very professional and helpful. Breakfast is delicious and vey well organized
This hotel is TERRIBLE BAD! The AC in the room doesn’t work at ALL, and it SMELLS cigarette, the staff were aware of it and they still assigned that room to us without caring. The attitude of the front desk lady (Angela) was RUDE as she was making fun of us saying this is not Alaska, I totally understand that de AC in Italy is different BUT a room without an AC in the Summer is a sauna.
The hotel looks great: renovated, nice bed and rooms. However the owner has decided to open the restaurant as a disco club with a DJ and super loud music until 1am. Zero respect for customers. Impossible to sleep. Don't book a room here. Go somewhere else
