We’re from Canada and have stayed at many Best Westerns, but this one in Rome truly stands out — better than 90% of the ones back home! The staff were kind, respectful, and very professional. The rooms were clean, with a lovely balcony where we enjoyed peaceful evenings listening to the birds. Breakfast was amazing — fresh, tasty, and with great variety. The location is in a quiet neighborhood, but tram and trolleybus stops are nearby for easy access to the city. We chose to walk — it took us about an hour to reach both the city center and the Vatican, and it was a beautiful walk. Highly recommend this hotel — it felt like a perfect home base in Rome!

A very clean hotel with a beautiful interior and friendly staff. The breakfasts and coffee were delicious. Great location—just 450 meters from the bus and train stops. Would definitely stay here again!

Please be 100% aware of their policies before booking. I’m not clear how but a mistake was made in the date booked via third party travel site. I didn’t change it, it was always that way but somehow it booked this incorrect date. I noticed immediately and contacted e******* and they responded to tell me that the hotel had a no change no refund policy. Doltish. I just needed them to change the date. That’s it. The Hotel Rivoli refused. I emailed them explaining what happened and got no response. Nothing. My credit card was charged for a room on a date that I’m not even traveling. I’ll not look at this hotel brand as an option again. Charging someone for a room when a mistake was made is totally unjust and totally absurd. Good luck.
