Best Western Hotel Santa Caterina

The hotel is located off of a highway ( but high up so you never hear it or see it), which is a very good thing but beware of the car gps that wants to take you through the town's small and tight streets. The hotel has adequate parking, a lovely pool and a very nice dinning area. The attached restaurant had one of the best pizzas I've yet to consume. The people are very helpful and very nice. If you are staying in Acireale, this would be a good place to choose.

The hotel is ok. My rooms bath booth was leaking so after a shower it was like a swamp. The service is great - young and friendly people at the reception, but some of the waiters did not speak English.

It’s really hard to review this Hotel because the overall experience was okay however the noise level for a four star hotel were quite unexpectedly loud. You cannot sleep past 8:30 9 am. The lovely receptionist agreed to give us another room and also spoke to the cleaning ladies, however, after kindly asking them to Not be so loud we decided to stay only the next day to have the grass caught outside our door and 930. The dead patient outside reception door was removed after two days however was there for much longer. Very strange for such a nice place. The food from the restaurant which we ordered to the room was really nice however the restaurant staff made us feel awkward and unwelcome hence why we ordered to the room and pay the extra room service charge. The mini bar was stocked but the fuse was loose and therefore kept going off and nothing was cold. The cat who lived there was super nice and the swimming area was very clean and pretty. Location was good within minutes of good restaurants.
