From the moment we arrived, Michael went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. His warm welcome, attention to detail, and genuine willingness to help with every request made a huge difference to our experience. Whether it was renting bikes or sorting out a last-minute change, Michael handled everything with professionalism and a smile. Honestly, service like his is rare, he deserves a raise! He is an absolute credit to Best Western.
We had such a wonderful stay here! Michael, the supervisor, was brilliant! Nothing was ever too much trouble and he was always smiling. Really outstanding service.
My stay was enjoyable overall, with excellent service and a convenient location. The room decor was tasteful. However, the bathroom setup, with the sink and shower open in the room, caused some moisture issues. Despite this, I would consider returning in the future. The breakfast was good, and the reception staff was outstanding.
