Jambo ! Very nice and clean place. Booked an early check-in and room was ready. All staff so hospitable and nice, starting from the hotel manager Karan Singh who was always ensuring that my stay was comfortable. Would also like to mention Chef Mandeep and his whole team who were head and heels ensuring customers had a service exceeding expectations. Not to forget the reception where Sarah, Magdalena and others were always there with a most welcoming smile. Last but not least was Ramadhani at the gatepost who always insisted on carrying my bag when getting in or alighting my transport. Strongly recommend this hotel.Kudos to you all. Asante !!!

Best Western is located in a quiet environment. Service is good, food is not only plenty but tasty as well. We never booked online but Mr Karan the manager is very cooperative. He gave us a competitive rate compared to online booking rates. The hotel has a beach extension across the road which, if you are a trendy person might not feel the vibe. Laundry services are available, room service is at no cost, beach access is also free to residents.

We booked a suite with a jacuzzi for two nights and had a very pleasant stay at this resort. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a large comfortable bed, two bathrooms, a kitchenette, and a TV with Netflix. The decor was nice, and the staff were responsive, friendly, and welcoming. The breakfast was good, with a lot of good choices. Points for improvement: - The hotel restaurant, located just across the street, was disappointing. We ate there twice and found the food quality to be mediocre. For the rest of our stay, we opted for delivery from places like Subway and KFC, which were easily accessible and honestly better. - The spa experience was, unfortunately, very disappointing. We had booked two massages to end our stay: a one-hour Swedish massage and a 30-minute back and shoulder massage. In the end, the first massage lasted only 20 minutes and the second just 9 minutes — even though we had confirmed the duration with the therapist five minutes beforehand. The quality of the massage was very poor — probably the worst we've had since arriving in Tanzania. Hygiene was also an issue: no towels were changed between the two sessions, and several towels had visible stains. It’s a shame, because the resort has a lot of potential. Despite these negative points, we still enjoyed our stay and hope these issues will be addressed in the future.
