Best Western JFK Hotel

Location is great, loads of good restaurants nearby, but the best is Rinomato, cheapest as well, during daytime, go to da Mario , they make fresh lunch. There is a supermarket nearby, a metro station and a train station. The rooms were exquisite! Had everything you’ve ever wanted, from free coffee in the morning to a bidet. The cleaning lady was on point, making our bed each day and changing the towels, also got us everything that we asked for. The Receptionists were always welcoming us in with a smile on their faces and helping us in any way. The bar is also very good, since a nice cocktail is only €7, where as in a restaurant it is a lot more! Also, they give free snacks with the drinks, a thing that you have only in the fanciest restaurants! Amazing!

A very good hotel, aligned with the standards of the Best Western chain, to which it belongs. Convenient position in the northern part of the city of Naples, in the neighborhood of Fuorigrotta. Comfortable rooms with all that is needed (although not huge). Very kind and supportive staff. Good breakfast, with a wide choice of nice foods, both sweet and savory. Too bad, the breakfast room does not have a real service, as even the coffee or cappuccino have to be done by each guest for himself, via automatic machines that don't give the highest quality produce. And this happens in a city that prides himself for a top coffee tradition!

Extremely far from the main attractions, but the staff was courteous… although breakfast was a big big disappointment.. everything laid cold on the table, even scrambled eggs which we were asked to heat ourselves…& to top it all we thought that let’s atleast eat yoghurt rather than breaking our teeth on cold croissants & there we see fungus moulds on it… god… & the usual reaction that we will complain to the yogurt supplier! Definitely not a 4 star… the small boutique hotels are way better & their breakfasts amazing! A Big NO for this one
