Best Western London Heathrow Ariel T2 3 4

Friendly staff, although check-in took a while as 1 member of staff was busy helping another customer for quite a while, so just 1 staff member serving customers checking-in. Great breakfast & excellent value for money -I booked the hotel as breakfast was included and was very plesently surprised! Staff were more than happy to help with dietary needs & variety was great. Location was good, but parking was £15 per night which was more than some hotels, but less than others -so average cost of overnight parking. Had amazing views of the airport from my room window on the first floor & and would certainly recommend this hotel to others 👍

Public areas are bright and fresh. Breakfast was very good considering it was included in the room price. Rooms are very small and dated, as was the bathroom. Overall it suited it's purpose after a 12 hour flight and I would stay again. 15 walk to T2 / 3 long stay carpark to collect car is a big plus.

Hotel was reasonably priced, especially as breakfast was included. I feel the parking fee of £15 was a bit high (although advertised at £12 on the site) Rooms were nice and clean, but the best thing I found with my stay was how comfortable the bed and pillows were. Omg they were amazing, and I had the best sleep ever. I would consider this hotel as one to choose if I was staying in the area again.
