Best Western Macrander Hotel Frankfurt Kaiserlei

Had a fantastic stay at the Best Western! The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We really appreciated the nice complimentary touches and the fun activities offered by the hotel. The location is very convenient — just 15 minutes from Frankfurt city center, and close to a Lidl, cinema, and lots of great food spots. We also enjoyed a beautiful boat tour on the Main nearby. Great value, great service — would definitely stay here again!

I had the pleasure of meeting Samira when I checked-in and she is the just most wonderful hotel manager! She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and enjoyed my business stay. I asked for help a few times and each time she accommodated all my needs with ease! The location of a hotel is also great, very close to public transportation. Samira made my stay amazing and I’d stay here again just because of her hospitality!

For North American guests be aware not all hotel rooms will have air conditioning. Check in was efficient and the clerk spoke Excellent English (so thankful as I'm still learning Deutsch) the room I stayed in was clean, All the outlets worked as they should. Bed was typically German with a single duvet on each mattress, the mattress was very firm, multiple pillows of various firmness. The mini fridge was only suitable for a couple beverages. The window opened to allow a cool breeze throughout the evening. The rear of the hotel has a very nice patio with a water feature. Look forward to staying again
