Best Western Maharani Bagh New Delhi

We (myself and my wife) stayed here for 4 nights. A value for money experience. Staff were very friendly. Rooms very decent (almost all facilities available). Located in a prime area where you can book a cab/auto in a minute or two. Otherwise also you easily get an auto by standing on the road may be maximum 5 minutes. If you are physically fit Ashram metro is just 7 or 8 mins walk away. The complimentary breakfast spread is also good and restaurant staff very friendly. It's not smoking and this makes sure people like us don't need to be passive smokers. VALUE FOR MONEY. We visited in July 2025 and the property is quite new and hence adds to the overall experience.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and hygienic, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. A special mention to Miss Laxmi Jha at the restaurant—her warm hospitality truly stood out. She served us with such care and attention that it never felt like we were dining at a hotel, but rather enjoying a home-cooked meal. I highly recommend this place, and especially commend Miss Laxmi for making our experience so memorable.

Our room was great and clean. One towel each. No bathroom mat and no toiletries. The hotel is in a noisy area. Thankfully we had earplugs. Breakfast was decent. Half the staff was nice (during breakfast) but the other half didn’t want to be here. Very nonchalant. We had to ask for wifi password and which floor was breakfast. During check out they asked us how we wanted to pay even tho they had the receipt proving we already paid.
