Best Western Mayflowers Hotel Wuhan

For me... Its a five stars hotel. I know the beds are to hard, but Chinese people likes that. The rooms are really great. You have all you need and they will fill again every little thing that you use, like tooth brushed, combs, razors, towels etc. The service is really create and they have this buffet restaurant that's pretty good.

Good location. Close to many shops and restaurants. The price is not too expensive, costed me about 250 CNY per night. The hotel is kind of clean. I lived in the 15th floor, it was very quiet. Nice view of course.

I'm going to assume it's a culture difference, but cleaning and hygiene isn't the best with them hence the three stars. When I got here I had to head to Walmart to buy bleach since I could see black stops in the shower area and by the tub. That was a turn off for me having to come to clean a hotel bathroom. Next the rub in my room was dirty and also the rug on the second floor restaurant is filthy, I'm shocked since this country is lovely and produces so many machinery and cleaning products. The persons who clean the rooms from observing them don't use proper disinfectants which is sad. The high windows need to be cleaned also. The Elevator in the middle stinks, and all three elevators needs to be serviced. The food isn't 100 percent great they need to upgrade their menus and train their chefs (cooks). Especially when people from the Western World staying their. Overall much needed room for improvement.
