This is the best of all hotels I have used for the past 12 years in Europe. The staff are fantastic with excellent customer services, the rooms and bathrooms are spacious, there were varieties of food to choose from during break fast, and the hotel is neat, well cleaned. It is a real home away from home. The water pressure in the bathroom (shower) is second to none. In fact, I was amazed when I arrive and saw my allocated room. Another, suprise package, was the smart safe, where I kept my valuables. One could lock it with own code and open it with the same code following the instructions on the safe. What I lovely 💓 environment!
