Best Western Park Hotel Continental

Great value for over night stay. Rooms are spacious with large beds providing good sleep. The hotel offer pillow menu. We didn't take advantage of it. The bathroom was quite narrow making us to feel a little claustrophobic. The colors and texture of walls and floor in bathroom is unfortunate tricking you to think it's dirty. Breakfast had a good variety of options. Over all, wouldn't consider the hotel as 4 stars equivalent, more like good 3 stars.

Awful experience. I booked a triple room with a single bed and a double one, for two adults and 1 child, and when I arrived they asked me to pay extra, because at their hotel the kids above four are considered adults. On the site it says clearly that the kids up to 3 y old, can sleep for free in the same bed with their parents. This doesn't mean that if they are above 3, are considered adults. This means that if they are above 3, you have to book a triple room. The site doesn't even ask you the child's age at the check in, it just gives you a triple room directly when you place the number of persons who will be staying. This is double payment for the same thing. Once you charge me for the triple room, and once you charge me for the fact that a 7y old kid is an adult in your opinion. How can you consider a 4 years old an adult ??? I spent two hours trying to talking to a totally unfriendly manager who just shouted at me and would let me speak. In the end, I gave up and went to the hotel across the street, managed by a very friendly family. By the way, at that hotel my 7 years child could sleep in same bed with us( every large one), for free.
