Best Western Patong Beach

Disappointed with the room experience — it was not the one we booked, and the mattress was quite uncomfortable. For a hotel with such a good rating, we expected better quality and comfort. Sadly, the front desk was not helpful in resolving the issue, which made our stay frustrating, especially over three nights. On a positive note, the hotel has a fantastic location with everything close by — shops, restaurants, and tourist spots. The swimming pool area was also really nice and well-kept, which we enjoyed during our stay. Overall, while the location and pool were great, the room comfort and customer service definitely need improvement.

The room we received was not what we booked, and the mattress was very uncomfortable — far below the standard expected for a highly rated hotel. What made it worse was the unhelpful attitude from the front desk when we tried to raise the issue, which was disappointing given we were staying for three nights. That said, the hotel does have some great aspects. The location is fantastic — everything is nearby and easily accessible. The swimming pool is also very nice, clean, and a relaxing spot to unwind. In summary, great location and pool, but the room quality and service didn’t meet expectations.

Bad management Took me and my wife as a walk in for 2 Nights and put us under a room that is being renovated… hammering started at 8 in the morning and did not stop. I tried to cancel my second night but apparently they don’t do refunds. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone simply because of the staff- and would recommend to send them to hospitality lessons.
