Stay was very nice food was very tasty, Nice behavior of staff specially thanks to Front office team.. They were very polite and cooperative. Pool Area was on rooftop.. Very awesome view.

Very Poorly Managed – Disappointing Stay Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Despite arriving an hour after the designated check-in time, our room was missing basic amenities like toiletries, towels, and even drinking water. These were only provided after repeated calls to housekeeping. The next morning, there was no hot water in the shower. When we raised this with the manager, his response was not only unhelpful but also rude and arrogant, saying, “It’s 60°C outside, why do you need hot water?” Fortunately, the reception staff arranged hot water buckets, which was a temporary fix but still unacceptable. While the support staff was polite, there was zero coordination—requests took far too long, and communication was poor. The hotel’s location is also inconvenient. It is not within walking distance of any major tourist spot, café, or restaurant, meaning we had to rely on autos every time—and most drivers had never even heard of the hotel under its new name. It was formerly known as Country Inn, which locals are more familiar with. Another major letdown was that the swimming pool advertised on booking platforms does not exist—it is under construction, with no prior communication about this. Overall, I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable or hassle-free stay. It simply does not meet basic expectations.

Bad experience with the hotel Our room was clean, but felt damp due to the AC is not working efficiently. The air coming out of the vents slightly cooler than air from a fan. They sent a tech, but nothing was resolved. Spoke to the operational manager and she was super busy as she said and did not even listen their customer what problem is there. The temp on thermostat was 31 when i arrived then slowly went down to 29 and they said it will go slowly down. Nothing changed even after 3 to 4 hours. They changed my room but still the other rooms temp were nearly 28 or 29c. It was so hard for me and for my family as we have a kid with us aged 10 months. Nobody cares even their staff knows about the AC problem. Very disappointed with the service.
