I’m really impressed! 🏖️✨ The location is amazing — right by the beach, peaceful and perfect for a relaxing escape. A special thank you to Khun Pang from Housekeeping, who always greeted us warmly every morning and kindly asked if we needed water or room cleaning — such thoughtful and attentive service that really made us feel cared for. Also big thanks to the breakfast team at Biscay Restaurant, especially the friendly hostess and the tall gentleman who always smiled and made sure our table was clean and ready after each plate. Small details like this made our mornings feel extra nice. 😊🍳☕ Can’t wait to come back again soon!
This resort was a a wonderful experience all round. The service was warm and the staff were friendly and helpful. I especially enjoyed the beach location, which was quiet and beautiful. Perfect for long sunset and sunrise strolls. The poolside was lovely. I would also highly recommend the breakfast which was good quality and many choice options. The room was clean and the bathroom was great! I particularly appreciated having warm water in the sink, which is rare in Thailand. The entertainment system was user friendly with many smart TV options. I will definitely revisit Best Western, Hua Hin
Starting off with what I consider bad, and we will wrap up this review with the good. Parking: There is not much parking near the rooms. It was completely full when we came back at 10 p.m., so we had to park across the street. A good idea would be to have the golf cart that you guys use for bar transportation to use for parking transportation for guests, especially for the price we pay. Beach Bar: As others' reviews have stated, the wait for food and drinks is pretty long. The bar itself was pretty empty, but it still took close to 30 minutes to get 2 drinks and one pasta. Prices are unreasonably high, considering what they pay for the cost of ingredients and drinks, especially with the cost of this hotel being generally higher than others. To save money and for better service, I recommend going to the anchor bar. Go to the hotel bar, take a left at the beach, and you will find a small bar where prices are a quarter of what you pay for drinks and food, with great and speedy service. Pool: My son enjoyed the slides, but as others have stated, there are not enough chairs or sitting areas. We had put our stuff on one chair. Well, a family took up five chairs, and then while we were swimming, someone was trying to move our stuff and sit in our chairs. Also, there are no lifeguards on duty, and unfortunately, you see parents sitting in chairs while their kids are on the other side of the slide in deeper water. That's not a good combination. The good: I will say the staff overall in the hotel was great. The breakfast was good. The maids are really nice, and they accommodated us in a couple ways, such as bringing an iron to our room. The rooms overall are okay.
