Best Western Plus Casablanca City Center

The hotel interior abd rooms seems to belonging a past decade. Even though the room we stayed wasn't dirty we couldn't shake that odd (dust will fly everywhere if i touch anything) feeling. The staff was veey helpful and kind.

Best western but from SHEIN…. We had a family trip and booked 4 rooms at this hotel, ready to have a good time and make the best of it. However this was not up to standards of a 4 star AT ALL. Rooms were mediocre; barely any lights. One light was burnt and when we told housekeeping, they just shrugged their shoulders and walked away. Towels were in a pitiful state and lacking. Took them forever to bring us extra ones when we asked. Floor was filthy. Amenities lacking. The cherry on top was the so called “free parking”. They literally reserve 4 spots on their streets and once it’s full; up to you to get by. We would give the valet our key every day to move the car if needed, on our last day it got towed. Hotel management refused to take any responsibility or reduce our fees for the 350 Durham ticket we got. They gaslight us saying they told us our car was parked wrong when that never happened. If they saw our car parked wrong, why didn’t they move it since they have the key? It’s even more lame when they lie to your face. Go anywhere else tbh , you will find better for the same price. I went to much cheaper hotels with better attitudes , and it’s honestly shameful for them to give this service when we had 4 rooms booked for 3 nights each.

Website states you can cancel your booking 24 hours before. After we called 48 hours before we were told that we have to call the next day for the employees to be there that can handle it, we were told we can’t cancel it anymore because it’s too late. If we knew this kind of service was normal at best western we wouldn’t have booked.
