Best Western Plus City Hotel

Our experience at the Best Western Plus City Hotel in Genoa was nothing short of exceptional. The location is ideal—tucked away just minutes from the historic old town, beautiful piazzas, and the port. It made exploring the city incredibly easy, with everything within walking distance. The hotel itself was immaculate and stylish, blending modern comfort with warm Italian hospitality. Our room was spacious, well-appointed, and had one of the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in. The air conditioning worked perfectly (a must in the summer!), and the bathroom was spotless with great water pressure and quality amenities. Breakfast each morning was fantastic—fresh pastries, fruit, eggs, meats, and great coffee to start the day right. The staff were attentive, friendly, and truly went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, offering local recommendations and always greeting us with a smile. We also appreciated the wellness area and on-site restaurant, which was a real treat after a day of sightseeing. If you're visiting Genoa, Best Western Plus City Hotel is an outstanding choice—quiet, central, and incredibly comfortable. We’ll definitely be staying here again on our next visit!

We had a great stay. The hotel is located in a quiet side street and within walking distance from most major attractions. An abundance of restaurants in the vicinity, from simple fare to fine dining. Parking is valet only, 25-30 Euros a night, and reserving a spot in advance is recommended. Only downside: the hotel has only two tiny elevators (and 9 floors) and one of them was out of service during our stay. That can cause a looong wait.

Honestly one of the best hotels for Genoa city centre. Position is as centric as can be. Quiet spot inside, we'll maintained and comfortable large rooms.
