Perfect location, the room was small but comfortable. The bathroom had the necessary amenities and the AC was set at the right temperature which is not always the case in France.
Great location! Few minutes walk to Place Stanislas, shopping area and restaurants. Very clean and modern hotel.
Update on my review, one star for the lowsy reply- do not use your answer to justify things that have nothing to do with the fact that your spa was not at all relaxing, overbooked and yes I left because I was frustrated - but thanks for spying on your guests. original message here -How can you call yourself a SPA hotel if you can reserve only for one hour and then even arriving a few minutes early there is still too much people (12 persons) and no place for you to lie down. You should definitely erase spa from your name, this being the main reason this hotel was booked for.
