Good position of Hotel in Mannheim. Close to the central station and water tower, wieth a tram stop nearby. Rooms are little bit old, but clean.
You only get 1 Card key per room... Even with two guests ! What is the point. ? Just make another .. AC no working and we were told we were too poor to have AC so we could go in a 30 degree room or leave. When we decided to leave (not even one night stayed) instead of charging us the penalty fee of 1 night as agreed in policy they charged us the entire stay. This unacceptable and I will call my lawyers. Never again Best Western.
I've had a very bad experience. I made a mistake with the dates I had booked and they charged me 90% of the booking to cancel. Even though they say free cancellation in their adds . Not happy at all
