Best Western Plus Doha

Stayed here recently and had a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in smooth and assisting with any queries. My room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable environment to relax after a day out. The hotel’s location is convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. Overall, a solid choice for anyone visiting Doha.

Rooms are neat and clean, front office staff very supportive, hotel is in very good location, food is good, specifically sea food is delicious. All staff is very cooperative. They have non smoking rooms also which is very good. Dealing with the customer in front office ( Reception) is great. Satisfied with service. I will come again with the family to explore Qatar, Definitely recommend this hotel.

Was so embarrassing at this hotel. For a little hand towel we went through like we going through immigration. Since the day we arrived housekeeper always given 2 big towels 2 small towels. Now when we were leaving at the checkout we were told they need to check the room before we leave we said of course sure proceed please so we were waiting at the reception at least for 20min and the housekeeper replied to receptionist there is a small towel missing. We replied what ever you provided it’s there. Now the housekeeper saying she gave 3 small towels 1 missing no idea where that come from and we were very embarrassed at the reception arguing for this little thing. Plus we booked a ( VIP DIPLOMATIC) and the was on 10th floor. After coming home we realised why the housekeeper done that because we didn’t give her any tips well we would give her tips as we did to the other members of staff ( bell boys) because they were kind nice she wasn’t. That’s why she behaved like that we assuming no idea what’s people inside. Day before we left she is given some ripped pillow cases I’m attaching some photos… We never went through anything like that as we traveled many other countries very disappointing, embarrassing, disgusting what a day was for us. My husband recommended this hotel as he stayed there few months back he was saying the Executive room was nice so let’s go for the diplomatic now.👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿
