Best Western Plus Embassy Hotel

So far the staff is really nice. I got here early and she kindly put my luggage in storage so I could sit in comfort. It’s a nice quaint hotel lobby. I will finish my review once I have finished my say

I stayed at this hotel, located in a dead end street, with convenient parking options. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Good WiFi connection available. The hotel's location has easy access to local pubs, bars and restaurants. At least for me the breakfast selection has room for improvement. Nevertheless everything was there and available to have breakfast.

The Best Western Embassy Hotel is located in a very nice neighborhood, very close to the US Embassy. It is small but the rooms are not tiny. The hot buffet is good and plenty. You can easily take buses, trolleys and metro to go downtown. There are groceries stores, bakeries, and restaurants close by. The personell was very kind, always smiling and wanting to help. However, the room was not very clean specially inside the drawers and the decorations. My phone was not working and although I requested to be fixed almost every day no one came during my 8 days there. Since we were on the second floor and had a balcony we could not stay there because the numerous cats that are around the hotel urinated on the floor and it smelled. I asked the manger to send someone to wash it but no one came until I personally asked the cleaning lady to wash it. Our room was next door to the laundry closet and we often heard noise from the cleaners getting towels and sheets from it.
