I had a great experience at this hotel, everything met expectations: the room was clean and comfortable and the amenities were as described. But what truly stood out, and why I would recommend this place, was the outstanding service during an unexpected moment of panic. At 4 a.m., while already at the airport and checked in for my flight, I realized I had forgotten my ID in my hotel room. With my suitcase already in the hold, I was stuck: I couldn’t board the plane without it. I called the hotel, and Franco at the front desk immediately took action. He personally went to the room I had just checked out of, found my ID, and coordinated to get it to me at the airport. There were a few complications along the way, and we had to exchange multiple phone calls, but Franco was calm, efficient, and clearly determined to help. Thanks to his quick thinking and the hotel’s shuttle service (which is included with the stay), my ID was delivered just in time. In short: the hotel is great, but it’s the service that sets it apart. I’m incredibly grateful to Franco and the team for going above and beyond. I made it home without further issues, and I won’t forget the professionalism I experienced. Highly recommended
The hotel is far from any attractions, but does have a bus stop really close. It has an airport shuttle available upon request. The rooms are nice, being able to hold a maximum of 4 people due to its fold out bunk bed. The hotel was very clean and had pretty good decorations. I would have to say the bathroom is a bit lackluster because the shower does not have a door, making it difficult not to get things outside the bathtub wet. The mattresses were firm. I would say the elevators were a bit small and felt claustrophobic without the usual mirrors. There is a restaurant and bar in the first floor, and complimentary canned water and two bottles of red wine.
We had a nice stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with reliable Wi-Fi. One of the highlights was the excellent breakfast buffet – a delicious spread of meats, cheeses, pastries, juices, and coffee that really started the day off right. Although the food was great, the price of €15 per person is a little bit steep. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. Another great perk was the free airport shuttle, which made arrival and departure very convenient. The only downside is the location. There aren’t any restaurants or shops within walking distance, and it’s about a 10–15 minute walk to the nearest metro station. The subway ride to central Barcelona takes around 35–45 minutes. That said, the walk from the metro back to the hotel is a nice way to burn off some of those calories from all the delicious local food! If you're okay with a bit of commuting, this hotel offers great value and comfort.
