First, the hotel is very clean. It's close to everything: the sea, the station, restaurants, and tourist attractions, making it easy and convenient to get around wherever you go. The staff are excellent, especially Fares, and everyone is eager to serve you and provide support. Giuseppe. Sofia, Laila, and all the restaurant/breakfast room staff. I highly recommend staying there, and let's not forget the garden in front of the hotel, it's gorgeous.

The main assets of this hotel are the great service provided by all the staff there (we had the chance to get proactive help and assistance from 4 different members of the team) and the location (within 15 minutes walking distance from most places and a 5 minute walk to the beach). Now with the negatives: for the price we paid (avg €350 per night) for a so-called “prestige” room, the only good thing it had going for itself was its size, good enough to fit 2 double beds and a baby cot and still not crammed up in there. Other than that, the constant foul smell from, we guess, the long history of the carpets and humidity in the room, the overall worn off look of it was really disappointing. The pictures we saw beforehand are deceiving. And seriously, one single towel hook in the bathroom for a room designed to host 4 people, what is that? Another low point: the “restaurant”. It isn’t really a restaurant, since it only serves breakfast (you’ll have to look for alternatives for dinner outside the hotel every night you stay there), and the breakfast is of very average (not to say poor) quality. And they charge 20€ per person for it too! To summarize: poor value for money, will definitely not stay there again if ever coming back to Nice.

Average, clean rooms, if your from the UK it’s a premier inn / holiday inn similarity. Location is good We had no real issues, staff are friendly. Rooms are small but have everything you need. Issue we had was a wire was taken by the cleaners which we had plugged into the TV to watch our own channels. We left for the day and came back to a cleaned room with the wire missing. I contacted the hotel via WhatsApp , no reply so far. Disappointing but overall an okay stay.
