Best Western Plus Hotel Böttcherhof

We booked a 3 night stay over New Years and had a wonderful stay since the moment we checked in. We had a New Years Eve dinner included which was delicious over all 4 courses. The rooms were clean and really nice. We got lucky with our view from our room cause we could see all the fireworks so it was perfect for the relaxing New Years Eve that we planned for. Breakfast was good quality lots of options to choose from. There is a Bus Stop right in front of the hotel. During the day it takes around 35min to head into the city. In the evening it takes nearly an hour and isn't as easy with public transport. It is in the middle of the industrial area. The Wellness Area was clean and relaxing. To make it even better it would be a nice touch if there was relaxing music playing and some scented water for infusions in the sauna. But even without it, it was perfect to relax. We had a wonderful stay. Update: unfortunately when I wanted to use the sauna the 2nd night of our stay i wasn't able to use any sauna at all. The Finnish sauna had been closed due to maintenance. The bio sauna was turned off by 9 pm as was the steam room (it clearly states the sauna area is open till 10 pm) i was really disappointed since that was also a reason why we booked this hotel so we could use the sauna in the evening.

So far, it was one of the best hotels that I have been to here in germany. Spacious, clean, comfy. It is a little bit far from the city though but there is always bus that connects you to the nearest train stations. I enjoyed the quiet nights and my city view from my room.

Went here to attend the Taylor swift concert and it was still reasonably priced. Location a bit outside so not recommendable for city trip. But was totally fine for the purpose of this visit. Rooms are modern and have decent size. We had two rooms but one was quite smelly and the a/c did not work. Some construction was going do was noisy at times.
