Excellent hotel with nice clean comfortable room. The staff was friendly and helpful. It's very near the beautiful remains of the Abbey. You can see the two towers of the Abbey from the hotel. The breakfast buffet was ok for most of it. Only the scrambled eggs were inedible.
A lovely hotel. The reception staff are fantastic and go above and beyond to help. They made numerous phone calls for us to help us sort out repairs to our motorhome. A good base to explore Soissons with very comfortable rooms. We had a room with a terrace which had a lovely view over the Abbey.
We always stay here a few times each year and always leave quite satisfied. Rooms are clean and service is friendly. Located in a quiet area in Soissons. 15 minutes by foot from downtown businesses. Nice quiet location to have an after dinner drink with a few appetizers. Three charging stations in underground parking garage for electric vehicles free of charge - very nice perk!
