Best Western Plus Hotel Farnese

We stayed for three nights. The room was very small for four people. Nice, clean room, the air con worked nicely. The Staff working there were fruendly and helpful. The swimming pool were clean and nice.

We were disappointed with our stay at this hotel. We chose it because it had a pool and accepted pets. The pool is basic and not in good condition — it’s small and offers no privacy, and the shower didn’t work properly. There are no green areas around the hotel where we could walk the dogs, which was already a big letdown. I didn’t find it to be a dog-friendly hotel. The breakfast is basic, and the coffee from the machine is terrible.To make things worse, there were room renovations happening on the same floor during our stay. When we asked to be moved, we were simply told that renovations are allowed in the afternoon. However, on the day of our checkout, the noise started as early as 8 a.m., which was extremely unpleasant.

Hotel and rooms globally fine but there was very heavy smell of piss. How can hotel management give such room to people, increadible ! I was thinking to remove the smell by openning the balcony door but smell was always there and I could not sleep all the night.
