Best Western Plus Hotel La Marina

A clean very pleasant place. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The pool was delightful. Pretty empty on a Friday morning at 9 am.

This hotel exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend staying here if you are in the area. For context...I don't normally stay at Best Western as I am a lifetime Titanium level with Marriott. I stay at hotels well over 100 nights per year on average. The Best Western in Saint-Raphaël took us by surprise as it had similarities with guest service and guest room quality of more luxurious hotel brands. Upon arrival, the reception staff was attentive and welcoming. The hotel had a nice signature scent that they use throughout the common areas and guest rooms that evokes a sense of freshness and relaxation. The room itself was impeccably clean with nice touches such as extra pillows, robes, and a mini bar with a couple of nice wine selections. The bathroom was clean and modern and had a nice quality liquid shower soap. The hotel is committed to conservation and maintaining "green" standards. They even include a carafe to use to fill with purified water that is available near the lift. We used to rent a home near the a couple of km down the road in Boulouris and are happy to have found this to be so comfortable. We will definitely return and will look forward to using more amenities such as the pool and restaurant in the future.

This hotel has excellent guest service. The staff throughout are friendly and pleasant they are excellent. They make the hotel what it is. I would describe this hotel as an adult hotel one where there are not many children and this works! The pool is also excellent, a decent size and depth- not for learners. The rooms.are very well cleaned, the team there are amazing, and deserve credit and recognition The reception staff are also first class. The location worked for us. You will live it it not. It is a 15 minute walk to the town and that is fine (unless it is really hot). There are several very fine restaurants in the marina, I think these restaurants are better than the ones in the city center. Worth looking at the reviews and choosing. Overall a super hotel and a nice marina to walk by and pretty safe too
