Great Hotel. All you need is there. Big Pool Area, Gym, Bar, Lots of Parking. A great Restaurant and all in Very good conditions.

Very friendly staff, spacious family room! The pool has warm water. The only complaint is the lack of staff during the Easter holidays and the fact that their restaurant was not open for lunch and dinner. Also, the bar was not open until 5 pm, and they did not tell us all this when booking.

An absolutely terrible experience. From the beginning, the shower was dirty, and the bed was incredibly hard, making it impossible to sleep well. The staff was okay, except for the manager, who was far from pleasant. The cleaning ladies were extremely arrogant, and their attitude in the hallways was truly unwelcoming. The gym is completely unusable. The treadmills are practically dangerous – you can’t run on them as they randomly stop at unpredictable moments. The equipment is extremely outdated, and it seems like the gym is there just for show. The sauna barely works; it doesn’t heat up properly and stays cold. I didn’t try the pool, and the breakfast is outrageously overpriced. The worst part happened on our last day. They charged us an additional 200€ in cleaning fees and even kicked my mother and little sister out of the room while I was away, claiming that the dogs had peed on one of the beds. They refused to let them back in until the fee was paid, which is completely unacceptable. In short, a nightmare stay that I would not recommend at all!
