Good beds, good breakfast. Good shower. Did not eat in the restaurant, nor did we use any of the facilities, so can not judge these. Conveniently positioned when driving to and coming back from Italy (for us).

This is a lovely hotel with excellent friendly staff. My main criticism is the restaurant. Extremely expensive and a very limited menu, food was ok but not worth the prices. I feel they should offer more items on the menu such as pasta, burgers etc. we stayed here as an overnight stopover as it was convenient on our route but I wish I had looked at the menu first. Great breakfast!

I arrived and took 30 minutes to check in with only one guest in front of me. Was told in writing that the pool and the wellness sauna were available to me and open until 8pm and 10pm, respectively. The pool was not open and the sauna was closed early. I referenced the email and they said they had different signage in their hotel. Still doesn't change they sent me an email literally two hours before my check in giving wrong times. There was no hair dryer in the wellness area and was not given a robe and there wasn't one in my room, but I was stopped on the way out saying I couldn't leave the wellness in my towel. The bigger issue was on the wifi. Wifi did not work. At all. As an international traveler and photographer, this is a critical problem. I sent numerous emails and called in to reception asking for help. I was just given replies saying, "it works down here." I provided proof of it not working. Even the following morning in going into the lobby, the wifi consistently could not hold convection for more than a minute. You're paying several hundred a night for a room and can't even use wifi? That's a bare minimum requirement in hotels. Shower was good on temperature but little pressure. Bed was very comfy at least. Automatic blinds don't really shut out light at all, just give it a red glow. Three different breakfast options if you're so inclined. View from restaurant/breakfast is peaceful.
