Lovely hotel with friendly and welcoming staff. Rooms were large, bathroom was lovely with bath and shower. Lovely and warm, with comfy bed. About 15 minute walk to the centre of town.
Good hotel not far from the centre of Strasbourg. The bathroom was really good (for such a cheap hotel), the bedroom itself was okay for a night. We had an electric car so we parked it nearby at a charging station (not from the hotel but there are a few options closeby). At the price we payed on booking this was really a great value for the money.
Our stay at the Best Western Plus Hotel Villa d’Est was fantastic, largely thanks to the exceptionally friendly staff. When we got stuck in the small lift at 1 a.m., the young staff member on duty handled everything wonderfully, keeping us calm and arranging help quickly. The rooms were clean, though a bit dated, but the warm service made up for it. At checkout, they even surprised us with a small gift, which was a lovely touch. The city is in walking distance ( 25 min)
