Best Western Plus Kathmandu Hotel

I didn’t get the chance to explore everything in detail, but my overall experience was great. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay after a long day of meetings. Although I couldn't enjoy the full property, the exterior looked impressive. The pool area stood out—it looked really beautiful and well-maintained. Parking space was decent, and I really liked the driveway entrance; it gave a nice, welcoming feel as you arrive. Definitely a place I'd like to revisit with more time to enjoy everything it offers.

Our experience at Best Western Plus was truly outstanding. I checked in with a group of 82 members, and everything went exceptionally smoothly. The management, staff, food, and cleanliness were all top-notch. The check-in process was very efficient, and the entire team was extremely cooperative and professional. Every detail was handled with great care, and we felt very comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. Highly recommended for both small and large groups!

Stayed here recently as part of a large group of travellers and the hotel staff did a commendable job of managing room allocations, food and luggage management. Rooms were excellent and had all possible amenities in place. Food quality at the Citrus restaurant could be better and more consistent. Some meals were good and some meals were not up to the mark. The restaurant staff are however very polite and attentive. Overall a great property in the vicinity of the airport and the Pashupatinath complex. Much recommended.
