Best Western Plus Khan Hotel

One of the Best Hotel Stays We've Had! This was one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. The service and friendliness of the staff were truly excellent. We stayed on the 8th floor, room 814, and the city view from there was absolutely stunning! The location was perfect—taxis were available on call within a minute, and it was easy to get around. There are plenty of shops and attractions nearby. Just a few minutes' walk takes you to the old marina. There are many restaurants in the area, offering everything from Asian cuisine to a wide variety of international options. Money exchange services were also easy to find. We really appreciated the luggage hold service. The Turkish spa was also a wonderful bonus—very relaxing and well-maintained. The free breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of vegetarian options for my wife, and I thoroughly enjoyed the non-vegetarian dishes as well.

Rooms in the hotel were big and amazing. We get the pool view room which makes it feel good. They have big pool where people were having sun bath and enjoying pool. They have a good restaurant where they have huge breakfast buffet. They do serve shisha on pool side, which is again a good experience.

Very Bad service and rude staff, but good location and clean rooms. They don’t bring water when then clean the room and when u ask them to bring they say we have provided. Even when u ask to get water and pay they said room service closed now (11:30 pm) are you hotel or mini market? I had a case with my family in the lift, suddenly stopped and we stayed more than 10 minutes no one came to help, at the end i have opened the door using my hands and get out with my family while the lift room is half meter below the ground which cause risk on me and my family. It is the first and last time in this hotel My stay from 28/7 to 2/8 check out tomorrow
