Best Western Plus Kurhotel an der Obermaintherme

This hotel surprised me, it was obvious it's an older hotel but it was in great shape. The room was large and had more than I needed. The food was great and breakfast is very well stocked with many options. The real gem though is the spa with saunas, what an amazing incredible experience. Their facilities is incredible and after a few hours there I felt years younger. Will stay here anytime again without thinking about it.

Great spa hotel with the BEST breakfast buffet EVER!! The spa was also great. Nothing like leaving your room in a bathrobe and walking to a HUGE spa with everything you need. The only downside is the bar. It is VERY small and understaffed.

Disappointing and a bad nights sleep! The location is fantastic, the hotel staff were friendly, its way overpriced for what you get. The AC in the bedroom could not be turned off, that function was disabled. Personally I would have slept with it off, not on all night. The air draft gave me a sore neck. When you see the shower’s bad design you may guess why they force the AC to stay on 24 hours. The carpets inside the shower door. Very stupid and probably caused the damp problem that led to the bad solution of 24 hr AC. Also a lot of mosquitoes. Probably due to the standing water on the roof. The customer now suffers for the mistakes of bad management. Such a pity. Still a lovely place to visit!
