The hotel is amazing despite it being old, but the cleanliness is 10/10. The service is very classy. I arrived from the airport at 8 am and I had to wait until 3 pm to receive the room, but the person in charge was very nice when she knew that my travel period was 7 hours and she gave me the room at the same time. The location of the hotel is great and close to all places. When booking, you must know the size of the room because it is not enough for families. Many thanks to all the hotel staff 💜
Wonderful Stay for Our Family in Paris We stayed in the Junior Suite and it was just the right amount of space for our family of four. The hotel was a fantastic choice—clean, comfortable, and in a quiet residential part of the Latin Quarter that felt very safe, which we really appreciated. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Public transportation was a breeze, with both bus and metro stations just a short walk away. We used the spa for massages the day we arrived—such a relaxing way to kick off the trip. One of the highlights was taking a tuk tuk tour of the city from the hotel, which made sightseeing easy and fun. Breakfast was delicious (a little on the pricey side, but worth it). We also loved having an espresso machine and a mini fridge in the room. The bathroom was surprisingly large, and the cold A/C was a lifesaver during the warmer days. Overall, we’d absolutely recommend this hotel for families visiting Paris. It was a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and charm.
Staff is incredible, especially Olivia. She was so helpful during our trip, all staff was. Rooms are clean and comfortable, could use a bit more space to hang items. There’s a great corner space to the right of the TV where they could use a small set of drawers or hook to hang jackets. Bathroom had plenty of room and the windows opened to let fresh air in. Hotel hallways are a bit dimly lit as the floors are dark and adds to dimness of the hallways. Not a lot to do in the area, we walked to the zoo. Metro across the street and bus right in front of the hotel. Very convenient. It was very easy to get everywhere like the Eiffel Tower and Notre Dame
