Good location very near the train station, yet in a quiet precinct Rooms are newly renovated. The entire frontdesk (especially Fanny), during my stay from 10 Apr to 12 Apr, was absolutely fabulous: friendly, helpful, proactive and professional. Will definitely recommend Best Western Plus, if you are in Tours.
Excellent hotel in the center of Tours. They have an inhouse parking for 11 euros a night but usually parking is free on weekends and holidays on the street in front of the hotel.
There tried to double charge the room. We prepaid through a travel agency the stay. And at check out there wanted to charge again for the stay. Only because i was able to show a invoice from the Travel agency there did not double charge us. Update: We are now a second time here and the service is amazing, room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable.
