Incredible accommodating Staff, extremely friendly and competent. Very late night show up kind of booking and everyone was ever so polite and helpful. All in all they’re a credit to the company/ hotel and a valuable asset. Location is very handy and the accommodation was super. Nice comfy bed and linen. Thank you all for your help and kindness

Nice hotel, though our twin room was a little small, only around 18 inches either side of the beds, and no mini bar. Breakfast very nice, staff very friendly. Hotel about 5km from centre of town, but decent bus service. Like the La Cantina restaurant about 1km from hotel, recommend it for dinner.

Unfortunately, this was one of my least favorite stays in France, which I had booked through Staycation. While the room itself was decent and met expectations, the main reason for our visit was to relax and unwind using the spa facilities, something that turned out to be quite disappointing. I had chosen this hotel specifically for its advertised spa amenities, including the sauna, jacuzzi, and sensorial bath, hoping for a peaceful escape from my hectic work life. However, the spa area did not meet basic standards of cleanliness or maintenance. There were no racks to hang bathrobes, the shower gel dispensers were empty, and overall, the space felt neglected. It seemed clear that this area is not maintained regularly, which is surprising given that many guests likely come here for leisure and wellness. It’s a shame, because the potential is there. With better upkeep and attention to detail, this could have been a truly relaxing experience.
