Best Western Plus Le Havre Centre Gare

Great stay at the Best Western! The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel overall was clean, modern, and well-kept. My room was tidy and fresh—nothing strange in the sheets, which is always a win. The little coffee machine and complimentary coffee in the room were a nice. The only reason I didn’t give the room a full 5 stars is because it had a strong mint and lavender scent when I first checked in. It was pleasant at first, but became a bit overwhelming later in the evening when I was trying to wind down from a hectic day. After skipping room service (my choice—I have trust issues, lol), the room just took on that "older building" kind of smell. It’s within walking distance to Spud Bencer restaurant, which was a bonus (see review). Overall I’d give it a solid 4.8 stars. Will definitely stay here again!

It was pleasant stay. Newly renovated hotel with excellent service and smile from friendly and helpful staff. Rooms decent size and exceptionally clean. Has essentials like coffee machine, desk and sitting area. Facilities were excellent - has eco friendly towel drying machine!!!!!! Location was right next to the train and bus station, and walkable distance to tourist attractions in Le Havre. The public transports are accessible by their app, with cheap deals. If you are planning to go to Etretat, Honfleur, or other Normandy towns, this hotel is the best option because it’s close to the bus station. Also lots of restaurants are around, as well as supermarket, and boulangeries.

Very good location just in front of the train, tram and bus station / stops. Room was as expected. Breakfast has a small but good selection with locally sourced produces.
