A hotel full of great art, very inviting & downright classic, located in town near all the shops, restaurants, train station & has a carpark as well. A special thanks to Roxanne and her staff for an amazing experience at the best hotel in Saint-quentin
Stayed 2 nights. Big room but the exhaust fans didn't work. the bathroom smelled as if someone cooked fish in it; maybe it was receiving air from the kitchen, I don't know. Complained about the broken shower head support in the morning after breakfast but management hasn't been able to fix it during the day while I was away. Sticky floor in the breakfast room.
Okay as I see, I can't write anything bad about your hotel, because you report it for Google. Now I will write the same using different words. 1 On booking.com you have reception 24/7 in reality it was closed at 11pm. 2 WiFi don't have any security protocols, password isn't security protocol. Read about phishing then you will know what I mean. I had problem to connect with your WiFi, because it don't have security protocols, not because I wanted to go on unauthorised websites as you attack me. That's right I had to pay penalty for smoking my bad I admit, and I don't have problem with this. My problem is that you take payment for room twice. At first I contact with you on booking.com, and you at first told me that was for smoking. But I payed penalty separately during checkout, later you change your mind, and it was prepayment, but prepayment is just a payment before check in. Not before check in and after check out. I payed 90,70€ for hotel, then 21€ for breakfast with one wasn't worth this money, because you count danone yoghurt as 1 choose actimel as 2 choose, it wasn't big opportunities with one you told us. In many different hotels where they told us that they don't have big choose, they had much more. I don't saw yours 11 chooses and 3 types. When I was on breakfast I could choose boiled eggs, 4 types of rolls and danone plus actimel that's all. That's why I'm not satisfied. After contact with booking.com you decline my reservation on portal, then they asked me if I were there. You did it 2 days after check out. I'm also not satisfied about your goal with one is „clean" but bathroom wasn't clean I show you picture and you still telling me that not true. Like everything what was wrong you telling me that I'm lying. But only one who lie here is you, I just wanted to get my 90,70€ with one you took twice that's all. I can cover my data on transaction confirmation and put them here. You acting like cheaters, you asked me to turn off my safety protocols in my devices to connect with unsecured WiFi... To be able to steal my all data from phone, or what? It isn't big problem to create WiFi network with security protocols. You have just beautiful common areas in your hotel. Room is big enough for 4 stars but that's all. It wasn't clean when I came to your hotel, maybe you just made a mistake maybe it is always like that. I don't know, but during my visit bathroom wasn't clean. I don't know another hotels on France, but in different countries in Europe from*** in better prices I slept in better rooms, I was even in ***** hotels you can read my another opinions, Im always honest. If something is bad then I wrote about that. But as **** hotel yours is the worse I ever been. That's why my opinion about yours hotel is like it is. I'm sending one picture to prove that bathroom wasn't clean as it should be. And I'm waiting for my 90,70€ with one you took twice. I have transactions for 90,70€ (for hotel) 21€ (breakfast) 48,20(penalty) 90,70€ (for hotel). You trying to hide yours mistakes. Normal respectful hotel will agree on discussion to solve the problem, you start attack me on booking. You don't have respect for people. That's my opinion
