Best Western Plus Le Roi Arthur Hotel et Spa

Un très agréable nuit dans l’hotel. The staff is friendly, welcoming and very helpful. They do their very best to make you feel good. The dinner was great quality, we ate everything on the plate. The spa was very nice n clean. The breakfast is a littlebit dissapointing. So are the amenities in the room. But all in all a great stay! Thank you very much!

We have stayed in hundreds of hotels in Europe over the last 10 years. This hotel could be so much better by fixing several deficiencies. The positives: friendly and accommodating staff, clean property and room, great location overlooking a golf course and lake, good room lighting save for the burned out light in the bathroom, comfortable bed (but they put a rubber sheet under the bedsheet which will cause you to sweat profusely at night, good water pressure, plenty of chairs in room to sit on( but the seat cushioning is worn out), big desk. The negatives: WiFi is horrible(it comes and goes), bathroom shower facilities has many defects including shower head that is too low, shower floor is slippery with no grab bars ( good way to slip and crack your head open), food served at the bar is not worth eating, flies everywhere in the dining/bar area, air conditioning controlled by receptionist and you must ask them to turn it on-even though there is a thermostat in the room you cannot operate it. Tell me why they don’t tell you that when you check in??? Dining room is too warm. Bottom line- it is OK for one night but I wouldn’t stay here again.

When we arrived, the restaurant was closed. The receptionist said that there where meals at the bar, but the only thing they could offer us were some poor sandwiches, 16 euros each. The waiter was apparently overtired and was hardly able to serve 4 tables. The toilet light didn't function properly. The coffee machine in the room didn't work.
