Best Western Plus London Croydon Aparthotel

Very nice hotel. Is not expensive but the services are very good for the money. The rooms are clean, every day the cleaners change the bed sheets, towels and consumables. The rooms have big LCD TV, air conditioning, hair dryer, kettle, mini fridge, safe and microwave oven. The room doors are locked with electronic latches wich sometimes doesn't work properly because of magnetic cards, but the problem is very well known by the hotel employees and they will change your card without any problems. Parking is not free and you can park at the basement of the hotel or into Ibis hotel parking.

The hotel is very clean the rooms excellent especially for families, very clean and of decent size two beds in the room we had one single one queen size. The bed comfortable room as a fridge and microwave. The breakfast could be upgraded £2 for full English. Only thing that stopped me from giving five stars was one of the staff on front desk we asked her a reasonable question about something we witnessed with a guest that made us question our safety she was sharp and rude very unprofessional the rest of the staff super professional. Would I stay again yes.

Aggressive reception and staff. too much rudeness towards people who are visiting the hotel. Small rooms and broken air conditioners and also the lifts are always out of the order. The house keeping people also took my air pods ,don’t even think about the food because it is a absolute rubbish.
