Best Western Plus Nice Cosy Hotel

Used for day use as had a late flight. The room was tiny which didnt matter for day use but wouldn't like it at all if staying here. The toilet was separate to sink and shower too. The toilet was housed in the tiniest space and you could just about sit down and close the door. Staff very lovely though and great location.

The location of the hotel is convenient, especially for those planning day trips to places like Cannes or Monaco, as it’s close to the train station. It’s also about a 10-minute pleasant walk to the Old Town, where there are plenty of nice restaurants for dinner. However, the hotel is situated in a side street that felt a bit unsafe at night. Our room was extremely small, and the bathroom was even smaller — the shower cabin was so tiny that it was difficult for even one person to fit comfortably. There was also an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom area, and the sink in our bathroom was broken and really needed to be replaced. During our 4-night stay, the room was cleaned and tidied daily, which we appreciated, but the bed sheets were never changed. Unfortunately, it was not a satisfying experience overall, and we wouldn’t choose to stay at this hotel again in the future.

Where should I start? I used to love staying at BW chain hotels- USA, Canada and in Cannes recently . You knew what to expect- nice, clean and spacious rooms. This one doesn’t deserve 2stars, not mentioning 4 stars! The room we got was smelly, the window was broken, very small. I couldn’t imagine of staying there! The lady at reception wasn’t happy to switch rooms, but she did it. The room was better than the first one, but still very worn! I didn’t feel comfortable in that hotel, at all! The hotel needed renovations long time ago, the worst BW ever! I used to tell my friends that I really like and trust BW chain, but unfortunately that’s not the case anymore! BW in Cannes was great- highly recommended!
