Best Western Plus Northwest Inn & Suites

I've been in several Best Western hotels and I've found a few good ones but as of now this one has the best service, beds and hospitality I've witnessed yet. I won't even down grade on only having 1 washer and 1 dryer because my clothes were clean and dry! Just had to catch the laundry empty! Great job staff and hope i get to stay again!!

Our stay was disappointing, mainly due to the strange front desk man. The attendant refused to give us an extra room key and was no help when our room phone didn’t work despite me being sick and needing to call a doctor. He claimed there were no technicians and offered no alternatives. When I asked for restaurant recommendations, he first told me to Google it, then suggested Whataburger... He often stared into space for long, silent stretches when asked questions and gave no directions or welcome at check-in. Despite all this, his odd grumpiness grew on me, and I almost wished I’d said goodbye. Still, the poor service made for a frustrating experience. Unfortunately, the room smelled like a million cigarettes had been smoked in there. At least the breakfast was edible. Won’t be rushing back to stay here again.

This is going to be a bit lengthy. First off as advertised the hotel is smoke-free our room smelled of cigarettes. Secondly the tub & shower head have a weird setup where there is a ring on the tub faucet that you have to pull in order to switch over to use the shower head. People who don’t know that there is a ring to be pulled on the faucet will not understand that is a step that needs to be taken. And lastly, I checked in fairly late past 3pm but fairly way before the midnight cut off. I purchased the stay on a gift card online and was charged full price for the stay even though the gift card previously paid it. The person who helped me was not the one who originally checked us in and mentioned that on their end they have to check and see if the purchases made on gift cards and rewards fully process. Meaning that the person who checked us in missed that step and went ahead and charged to the card I used to pay the security deposit. We checked in on a Friday and the charge to my bank account showed up on a Saturday, meaning my money will not be put back until a regular working business day on Monday and I have $0.00 in my bank account that was so clearly needed for travel. My advice to anyone deciding the stay here is be sure that if you’re prepaying in full your purchase goes through before your arrival. As far as resolving this issue, the person who notified me of the step that was missed upon check in was very nice and was quick to realize what happened and let me know the money will be refunded. I normally do not leave reviews but this mistake was really uncalled for and definitely needs to be addressed.
