Best Western Plus Olives City Hotel

This is a hotel in sofia. The staff are extremely helpful. The rooms are very clean and well kept. The restaurant that is attached to the hotel do excellent food.

I recently stayed at the Western Plus Olives City Hotel in Sofia. Overall, the stay was comfortable, but I was disappointed with the handling of a personal item I accidentally left behind. I forgot my sunglasses and charging cable in the room after checking out. When I contacted the hotel about it, I did not receive a clear or helpful response from the staff. There was no proper follow-up, and I felt that my concern was not taken seriously. It’s unfortunate, as I expected better communication and assistance from a hotel of this standard. I hope the management improves the lost-and-found process in the future.

I recently visited this hotel gym, and unfortunately, it was not a great experience. Many of the machines were out of service, and the ones that were working felt poorly maintained. The gym also had broken lights, making the space feel dark and uninviting. It has potential, but without proper maintenance, it doesn’t offer much value. Hopefully, management addresses these issues soon.
